• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in property valuation.
• Conduct field inspections to gather data and assess property conditions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management or related field
• Master's degree in Real Estate is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in property valuation or real estate analysis
