Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will ensure that our company adheres to external regulatory requirements and internal policies. This entails reviewing current compliance processes, conducting audits, and working closely with management to ensure a compliance-oriented workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Implement compliance controls to mitigate risk exposure.
• Facilitate compliance training programs for staff.
• Evaluate existing compliance measures and propose improvements.
• Oversee third-party compliance assessments.
• Work with management to resolve compliance issues swiftly.
• Report compliance status to the Board of Directors.
• Assist in the development of a compliance culture within the organization.
• Evaluate employee feedback related to compliance and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with external auditors during compliance audits.
• Document all compliance training and maintain compliance records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
