We are seeking a skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to grind and polish concrete surfaces according to project specifications. Attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard all equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Report any issues with machinery or work environments promptly.
• Assist with lifting and moving heavy materials and tools.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to safety improvements.
• Support other construction tasks as required, showing versatility.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Certification in concrete polishing techniques preferred

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.

Languages
