Join Savoury Dining as our Restaurant Manager and take charge of the team and operations. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong background in hospitality and a knack for enhancing guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate staff to enhance performance and teamwork.
  • Develop training programs to improve staff skills and efficiency.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning to minimize costs.
  • Manage customer relationships to foster a welcoming environment.
  • Ensure all restaurant policies and procedures are followed.
  • Organize special events and promotional activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business.
Experience
  • 5+ years in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
