Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Counsel with expertise in corporate law to provide comprehensive legal support. This role involves managing contracts, advising on compliance issues, and representing the firm in legal proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company operations adhere to legal standards and regulations.
• Review and update contracts and business agreements.
• Conduct workshops on compliance and legal best practices.
• Monitor legal risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Collaborate with financial and operational teams to support business decisions.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent in law
• Additional qualifications in corporate law are beneficial.

Experience

• 5+ years of legal experience with a focus on corporate law.

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
