Responsibilities
Supervise daily hotel operations to maximize guest satisfaction.
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
Manage budget and financial forecasting for the hotel's success.
Implement quality improvement initiatives based on guest feedback.
Coordinate with other departments to optimize hotel performance.
Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
Ensure health and safety compliance throughout the hotel.
Facilitate staff training sessions and performance reviews.
Drive marketing initiatives to boost hotel visibility and occupancy.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
Experience
5-7 years of proven experience in hotel management.
