Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to ensure their needs are understood and met.
  • Handle high volumes of inquiries while providing excellent service levels.
  • Utilize customer feedback to continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company CRM system.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Post-matric qualification in Customer Service or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or support role
Technical Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Basic
