We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Pretoria office. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products. You will be pivotal in understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing)
  • Relevant professional certification (e.g., Customer Success Manager Certification) is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the tech industry
