Join our team in Cape Town as a Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while resolving queries and enhancing their overall experience. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support across multiple communication channels.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback for product and service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Keep abreast of new products and updates to assist in customer inquiries.
  • Support other team members in managing high volumes of customer interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service Management or related field
  • Degree in Business Administration is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or service roles
Technical Skills
  • Help Desk Software (e.g. Freshdesk, Help Scout)
  • Data Entry

  • Active Listening

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic

Advantageous

  • Training in conflict resolution: Skills in managing difficult customer interactions.
