Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing contract negotiation, execution, and compliance. A strong understanding of legal and financial aspects related to contracts is essential, along with excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a detail-oriented approach and a strategic mindset to enhance our contract management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract administration processes ensuring compliance and due diligence.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and vendors to align with company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of contract compliance and performance indicators.
  • Provide timely support and information to stakeholders regarding contract statuses.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners for contractual matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance or Business
  • Certification in Contract Management is a plus

  • Demonstrated experience in contract-related roles for 4+ years
