Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Agronomist who will work intimately with farmers to enhance agronomic practices. You will conduct field trials, interpret results, and provide actionable solutions to improve crop performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop crop management plans tailored to various farming contexts.
• Assess soil health and nutrient needs of crops.
• Work with farmers to optimize yield while minimizing environmental impact.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agricultural trends.
• Facilitate communication between farmers and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Science
• Advanced Degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years working with agricultural organizations or farmers

Certifications

• Certified Crop Scientist (CCS)
• Sustainable Agriculture Specialist

Languages

• English: Fluent
