Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in our HR team, handling a variety of functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for enhancing workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Assist in developing employee training and professional development plans.
  • Support performance evaluation processes.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and employee feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration
  • Further HR qualifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience is preferred
