Join us as a Legal Advisor in Durban, where you will be instrumental in providing expert legal guidance to internal teams and clients. You will address compliance issues, draft agreements, and contribute to strategic decisions while ensuring legal safety across the board.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential legal issues within the company and provide proactive solutions.
• Manage and update the company's legal records and policies.
• Draft and implement compliance training for employees.
• Ensure that the company’s practices are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide expert legal opinions to management on various matters.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent in Law
• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant specialization is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal advisory roles, preferably in corporate settings
