Job Description

Seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to contribute to our manufacturing operations in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for onsite installations, servicing machinery, and ensuring optimal performance. An eye for detail and problem-solving skills are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions efficiently.
• Manage service calls and prioritize workload effectively.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve mechanical designs.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Participate in regular training and development programs.
• Ensure tools and equipment are kept in good working condition.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in a supervisory role is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in field service roles
