Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The successful candidate will implement HR strategies that support a high-performance culture and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Manage and enhance the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development through effective training initiatives.

  • Coordinate with external agencies for recruitment and staffing solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

  • 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent management
