Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Design interactive e-learning modules and resources for diverse training needs.
• Monitor learning technologies for innovative instructional strategies.
• Create and maintain training documentation and materials.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing training processes.
• Liaise with external training providers to secure resources when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in L&D or training management

• E-Learning Development

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
