Job Description

We are seeking an Optical Manufacturing Technician responsible for the production and assembly of optical components. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all work meets rigorous quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and challenges.
• Adhere to strict quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.
• Document and report production metrics for monitoring efficiency.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and methodologies in the production line.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced qualification or degree in optics, engineering, or related field is an advantage

Experience

• Prior experience in optical manufacturing or a similar precision manufacturing environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience with automated optical assembly systems
• Knowledge of thin-film deposition processes

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of optical metrology techniques: Experience with techniques used to measure optical properties.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols: Experience working in cleanroom environments and following safety procedures.
