Job Description

As a Legal Consultant at Legal Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to our clients in a range of legal matters. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring compliance with South African laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide training and development for clients on legal matters.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings as needed, ensuring representation is effective.
• Assess and recommend legal risks and implications of proposed business decisions.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures for clients.
• Support business development initiatives by networking and forming strategic partnerships.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Master's in Law or equivalent is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of legal consulting experience focused on corporate law
