Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative in Pretoria to join our dedicated support team. This role will require you to engage with clients, manage queries, and deliver exceptional service ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Deliver outstanding service by actively listening to customers.
  • Document interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and offer solutions.
  • Work effectively with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in training new team members when required.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices.
  • Help maintain a positive team environment.
  • Provide regular updates on customer trends to management.
  • Commit to continuous learning about products and services.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate in Customer Service or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
