Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in HR strategies and practices, focusing on optimizing workforce engagement and fostering a productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update employee handbooks and policy manuals.
  • Monitor and analyze HR trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage payroll and employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
  • Create succession plans to develop leadership within the organization.
  • Promote corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Act as a culture champion to promote company values and ethics.
  • Lead workshops for team building and employee collaboration.
  • Oversee exit interviews and analyze trends in employee turnover.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR consultancy or corporate HR roles
