We are looking for a Construction Manager in Cape Town to oversee the operational aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction crews, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Monitor construction activities and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare necessary reports and documentation for project tracking.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment on-site.
• Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architecture
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of construction management experience with a track record of successful projects
