We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our Cape Town office. In this role, you will assist in legal research, case preparation, and document management, working closely with our legal team to ensure efficient case handling.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of legal opinions and briefs.
Perform due diligence and compile evidence.
Organize client meetings and legal consultations.
Participate in team meetings to discuss case progress.
Assist in client outreach and correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of legal documentation.
Assist in compliance with legal procedures and jurisdictional requirements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related discipline
Additional training in business law is a plus

3+ years of experience in a law firm
