Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inclusion Officer to lead our diversity and inclusion efforts in our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing strategies that enhance workplace inclusion and promote a culture of diversity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute innovative programs to engage employees in diversity initiatives.
  • Evaluate external best practices in diversity and recommend actionable steps.
  • Coordinate with other departments to integrate inclusion practices into their workflows.
  • Advise on policy development related to equity and inclusion.
  • Enhance the organization's brand by highlighting diversity initiatives.
  • Conduct focus groups to understand employee perspectives on diversity.
  • Develop metrics to assess the impact of diversity initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to communicate diversity efforts externally.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Advanced degree in related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion management
