Job Description

As a Police Inspector, you will oversee daily operations at our police station, guiding our officers in mission-critical situations. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in fostering community safety and building trust within the local community.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and performance of police officers.
• Lead investigations into criminal activities and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Coordinate training programs for ongoing officer development.
• Promote community engagement through outreach programs.
• Compile comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between police forces and community members.
• Ensure accountability in all police operations and conduct.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars on law enforcement best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years' experience in law enforcement with supervisory responsibilities.
