Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the relevant departments as necessary.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Provide feedback on customer service trends and suggestions for improvement.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in customer support or similar role
