You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and creating tailored strategies to boost customer loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer engagement from onboarding to regular follow-ups.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Curate customer success resources and materials for clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and use feedback to improve services.
  • Promote best practices and solutions to improve client success rates.
  • Organize client events or webinars to enhance engagement and education.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support roles, with a focus on tech solutions
