Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager in Pretoria, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, offering solutions, and ensuring that they continue to receive value from our services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and help them achieve their goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing support and guidance.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and intervene when necessary.
  • Train customers on new features and functionalities.
  • Gather customer feedback and convey it to the product team.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies.
  • Foster a positive relationship with clients through regular communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or client relationship management
