Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will facilitate customer engagement initiatives, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and success through proactive communication and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement customer success programs to enhance retention.
  • Analyze usage data and provide insights for customer improvement.
  • Serve as an advocate for the customer within the organization.
  • Help set customer success goals and KPIs.
  • Manage customer escalations and resolutions effectively.
  • Develop educational resources and training for customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success roles
