Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Cape Town. This role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve queries while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will act as the first point of contact, helping customers navigate our services and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer queries in a timely manner through all communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Log all customer feedback and interactions accurately.
  • Assist customers with technical issues and provide troubleshooting steps.
  • Promote ongoing service improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Engage in team meetings to discuss challenges and share best practices.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Business or Communications is preferred.
Experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Technical Skills
  • Multi-channel support

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Conversational
