Job Description

As a Nursing Practitioner in Cape Town, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services, diagnose and treat patients, and work collaboratively within a dynamic healthcare team. Your expertise will be pivotal in promoting patient wellness and delivering high-quality care tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive health assessments for new and returning patients.
  • Formulate and execute patient-centered care strategies.
  • Educate patients on the management of chronic illnesses.
  • Collaborate with physicians and specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Track and evaluate treatment results to modify care plans as necessary.
  • Facilitate health promotion workshops and community outreach programs.
  • Supervise and train nursing interns and volunteers.
  • Document and report patient information accurately and timely.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • License to practice as a Nursing Practitioner in South Africa
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
