Job Description

Join our team as an HR Manager, where you will lead HR initiatives, from recruitment to employee development. This role requires a thorough understanding of HR best practices and the ability to implement effective strategies that enhance employee performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Conduct performance management and appraisals.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate employee wellness programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
