We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Manager to oversee our operations in Centurion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional guest service, ensuring that our hotel delivers unrivaled experiences. Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the yearly budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement changes based on data collected.
  • Lead by example in ensuring guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.
  • Enhance hotel reputation via engagement in community outreach and local networking.
  • Coordinate large-scale events and manage logistics and staffing.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative environment among all departments.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations and strategies.
  • Utilize technology to enhance guest services and streamline hotel operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the hotel competitive.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Customer Service Excellence Exceptional skills in delivering high-quality service to guests.
  • Financial Acumen Strong understanding of budget management and financial reporting.
  • Operations Management Experienced in streamlining operations in a hospitality environment.
  • Leadership Excellent leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Communication Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with guests and staff.
  • Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS)
  • Hospitality Management Certification
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)
Advantageous
  • Previous experience in opening a hotel: Experience in managing all aspects of hotel pre-opening and launch.
  • Fluency in a second language: Bonus for additional languages to cater to international guests.
