Responsibilities
Direct all hotel operations and ensure that the establishment is operating efficiently.
Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and training as necessary.
Manage reservations and guest services to maximize occupancy.
Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the facilities are in top condition.
Implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Analyze financial data to improve profitability.
Lead the team during high-pressure situations and ensure all staff are working effectively.
Coordinate with the catering department for events and banquets.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Assist in the recruitment and selection of hotel personnel.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field
Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
