Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager to join our team in Cape Town. This role will involve developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement online marketing strategies that maximize sales.
• Oversee the management of product inventory and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to enhance online content.
• Monitor and report on e-commerce KPIs and develop action plans based on insights.
• Foster relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve service delivery.
• Continuously optimize site performance and conversion rates.
• Provide insights on user experience improvements and new functionalities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or related field
