Job Description

As an Emergency Management Director, you will lead our efforts in formulating and implementing effective emergency response strategies. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure preparedness for potential crises.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the emergency management team in crisis situations.
  • Review and update existing emergency management plans regularly.
  • Facilitate training workshops on emergency response for organisational staff.
  • Engage with external stakeholders in emergency planning and response efforts.
  • Create and manage a database of emergency contacts and resources.
  • Prepare reports and documentation on emergency management activities.
  • Contribute to the development of relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree in Emergency Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in emergency response management
