Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will excel in providing outstanding customer support, resolving queries efficiently, and creating a positive customer experience. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers feel valued and understood.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution.
  • Train new customer service representatives as needed.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
  • Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
