Job Description

The Stewardess Supervisor is a critical role responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service onboard our vessels. You will lead and train the stewardess team to deliver exceptional hospitality to all passengers, ensuring their needs are met throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee stewardess activities, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Monitor all guest interactions to guarantee their needs are met.
  • Manage cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Liaise with other departments to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Train new staff and provide continuous coaching for existing team members.
  • Review inventory levels and complete orders for supplies as needed.
  • Respond swiftly to any passenger inquiries or complaints.
  • Stay updated on safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality or related field
  • STCW Certification
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or maritime industry.

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Conversational
