Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will oversee various HR functions, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure effective employee relations by addressing grievances and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Train and support managers in employee performance reviews and development plans.
  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
  • Implement health and safety policies and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Foster a positive company culture that embraces continuous improvement.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.
  • Partner with external agencies and consultants as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is preferable

  • 5+ years of HR management or related experience
