Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions and provide timely responses.

  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions.

  • Assist in developing materials for customer support.
  • Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure full satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years in customer service or a similar role
