Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent
  • Degree in Communications or Business Management preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role
Technical Skills
  • Zendesk or similar customer support software
  • Data entry skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
