Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding services.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients based on their needs.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and issues.
  • Identify areas for service improvement.
  • Engage with team members to share best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Diploma in Customer Service Management is an advantage.
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
