Job Description

As a Fruit Preserver at Food Processing Corporation, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our fruits are preserved to maintain their taste and quality. You'll be involved in various processes, including inspecting, preparing, and packing fruits, while adhering to safety and hygiene guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on incoming fruit supplies.
• Prepare fruits for processing, ensuring all safety measures are met.
• Collaborate closely with the production team for seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records for compliance and quality assessment.
• Ensure timely packing and dispatch of preserved fruits.
• Engage in problem-solving to enhance processing efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to food safety regulations.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements in the preservation process.
• Communicate effectively with other departments involved in production.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on preservation techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or diploma in Food Processing is preferred.

Experience

• Preferred experience in food processing or manufacturing environments.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of preservation techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
