Job Description

Join our team as an Event Planner, where you'll be responsible for designing, organizing, and executing memorable events. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, sourcing venues, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth operations during events.

Responsibilities

  • Research and book suitable venues in line with client requirements.
  • Design event layouts and flow for guests and activities.
  • Coordinate guest lists, invitations, and RSVP management.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to report on successes and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in marketing and promoting the event, as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring quality service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Event planning courses and certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of event planning experience
