Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent in Cape Town, you will be the frontline of our customer service team, assisting customers with inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Answer queries regarding products and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Log all customer feedback and queries for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss customer service strategies.
  • Assist in creating support documentation for customer use.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new Customer Support Agents.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation (required)
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field (preferred)
Experience
  • 2+ years in customer service with a tech company
Technical Skills
  • Technical problem-solving

Languages
