Job Description

We are in search of a Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and enhance the visibility of our products in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of market dynamics, strong analytical skills, and a creative flair to develop impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Direct brand positioning and messaging to resonate with target audiences.
  • Evaluate brand equity and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with sponsors and partners to enhance brand presence.
  • Ensure effective execution of advertising campaigns to maximize reach.
  • Support sales teams with tools and training to communicate brand value.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and adapt strategies to evolving consumer needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within FMCG or retail
