Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to customer concerns and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer journey from start to finish.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Diploma in Customer Service Management preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role or call center.
