Job Description

As a Human Resources Generalist at Tech Solutions Group, you will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture. You will manage employee relations, support recruitment initiatives, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates.
• Assist in the design and implementation of training programs.
• Support HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Provide guidance to employees on company policies and benefits.
• Participate in the development of HR strategies.
• Manage employee termination and exit interview processes.
• Support health and safety compliance within the organization.
• Conduct research on HR trends to ensure best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR or related field

Certifications

• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)

• Experience with Employee Engagement Surveys: Familiarity with conducting engagement surveys and analysis.
• Familiarity with labor laws in South Africa: Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.
