Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates.
Assist in the design and implementation of training programs.
Support HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Provide guidance to employees on company policies and benefits.
Participate in the development of HR strategies.
Manage employee termination and exit interview processes.
Support health and safety compliance within the organization.
Conduct research on HR trends to ensure best practices.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree is advantageous

3+ years of experience in HR or related field
