Job Description

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations in our Port Elizabeth store. Your leadership will inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and manage store performance.
• Create an engaging and motivating environment for staff.
• Implement innovative sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• Track and report sales metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure proper merchandising and promotion execution.
• Support district and regional management initiatives.
• Engage with customers to build long-lasting relationships.
• Implement training programs to enhance team skills.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or a related field
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a retail environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with POS systems: Experience using point-of-sale systems for effective transaction management.
