Your role will involve overseeing compliance, improving patient services, and leading administrative staff to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement administrative practices within the healthcare setting.
  • Ensure optimal patient flow and service quality.
  • Manage healthcare staff performance and development.
  • Coordinate logistical support for healthcare services.
  • Assess patient feedback and implement improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management.
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources.
  • Maintain accurate medical and operational records.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Additional certification in Healthcare Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration
