• Coordinate logistics for training events including schedules and materials.
• Create community learning events to enhance team spirit and collaboration.
• Promote diversity and inclusion through tailored training initiatives.
• Oversee the budget for training programs and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Assess the technological needs for training and recommend tools.
• Participate in professional development and workshops to enhance personal expertise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a training or L&D role with a focus on curriculum development
